Chinkiang Vinegar is a Chinese traditional black rice vinegar prepared using glutinous rice, water and salt. The name Chinkiang is associated with the city named Zhenjiang in China. Gold Plum brand’s Chinkiang Vinegar is credited as the best black rice vinegar of all similar types. It is notable for its deep and dark colour, and fruity and smoky flavour with a touch of umami.
